Company will provide the following (Training, Advertising, Marketing, Construction, Equipments, Restaurant Design, Operational Support and Professional Training, social media advertisement, online ordering system, Repeated Training on new product launch )

Procuring Materials from Company

Franchisee has to procure the following from company only in order to maintain the Crispys standards & Quality such materials like Kitchen equipment’s, Food Grade Tables, Fryers Gas & Electric, Griller, Packing material, Recipes (Masala), Over head Menu Board.,

Outlet Design, Painting & Furniture

Company will provide the Design layout of the outlet with specification, so that the work can be done using local worker, Company will also provide color codes and brand name of Table, Chair, furniture’s and Carpenter work Mica color codes, company will provide the paint code and brand name of the paint to be used by franchise so that the work can be done locally on perfection

Sing Board, Wall poster & Bucket with poll

Company will provide the design and fabrication specifications so that it can be made locally according to the company specification.

STAFF TRAINING AND SALARY

  1. The company will not provide trained staff, our staff will give training only and you have to hire people locally,
  2. We will provide them training for 8-12 days, during that training time food and accommodation is free
  3. In common staff salary will be from 6000 to 10000 depending on the person
  4. For shop opening we will send one person from company, he will be there for 5 days, food, stay will be paid by franchisee and salary will be paid by company for first 5 days , in case of extension need pay salary from 6 th day starting to how many days you extend it.

BURGER, SANDWICH BUNS

Burger Buns are source locally, if not we will provide the burger bun recipe to you, so that you can make it using local backer

Salad and fresh vegetables

Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, green chili, capsicum and all fresh vegetables will sourced locally

PROFIT Vs SALES VOLUME (May Change based on many associated factors)

In General the profit is calculated with food cost of products prepared and as per our calculation, If you make as sale of Rs.100, in this Rs. 40 will be the food production cost and remaining Rs.60 will gross profit and from the gross profit Rs.60 we have to eliminate the expense like salary, rent, and etc where it nearby come to Rs.25 to 30 and Net Profit Will Be Between 30-35 Approx
